1. What is the PMMPEG?

This program will play MPEG-1 (Moving Picture Experts Group) digital
movies in a window on your OS/2 desktop. It can play movies that have embedded
sounds ( MPEG system streams ). Also PMMPEG supports OpenMPEG engine which can
play MPEG movies with sound.

The release is made up by Vitali Pelenyov.

2. How to install PMMPEG?

It is easy. Just place files install.cmd, pmmpeg.exe and pmmpeg.hlp
into a directory specified in CONFIG.SYS's PATH statement.
If you wish to create PMMPEG object on your desktop then
run install.cmd from the directory where the pmmpeg.exe is.
PMMPEG is now ready to work.

3. What new in the PMMPEG 3.3?

This is a list of the new features in the PMMPEG 3.3:

* PMMPEG can use OpenMPEG engine and play MPEG movies with sound
Command line parameter -openmpeg has been added also.
As of this writing (March 1998), OpenMPEG comes with Netscape's for OS/2
