                 Element.ary! for OS/2 License Agreement

By using the accompanying software, you consent to be bound by and become a
party to the licensing agreement specified below.  If you do not agree with
ALL of the terms in the license, please delete the distribution from your
computer storage.
   
This license allows you to use the contents of this Element.ary! for OS/2
archive for a period of not more than thirty days.  Such use shall be
limited to the purpose of testing to determine if Element.ary! for OS/2
meets your needs.  After the thirty day testing period you must register
Element.ary! for OS/2 in accordance with REGISTER.TXT to continue its use.
If Element.ary! for OS/2 does not fit your needs, I thank you for trying it.
You are asked to remove the executables from your computer.
   
You are allowed to retain the original archive (in its packed state) for
the purpose of distribution to others.  Subsequent use of Element.ary! for
OS/2 shall be allowable only to determine the suitability of a later
numbered version to meet your needs.  Such testing of newer versions is
encouraged, but shall not exceed thirty days without registration.
   
Element.ary! for OS/2 is copyrighted and licensed (not sold). Title is not 
transferred to you. You obtain no rights other than those granted you under 
this license.
   
 
With this license, you may:

 - Use Element.ary! for OS/2 on only one machine at a time.
 - Have Element.ary! for OS/2 installed on only two machines at a time. 
     Individual, and Corporate user licenses grants you the right to 
     use one copy of Element.ary! for OS/2 on a single terminal connected
     to a single computer (ie.  CPU).  A licensed user may use Element.ary!
     for OS/2 on different computers, but will not use it on more than one
     computer at the same time.
 - Make one copy of Element.ary! for OS/2, for backup purposes.
 - Make copies of the original shareware archive you downloaded and 
    distribute it, provided you transfer the archive intact having neither 
    added nor taken away any data. Such distribution shall be totally without 
    cost or obligation by the receiver to you.
 - Transfer the possession of Element.ary! for OS/2 to another party by 
    transferring a copy of the software and a copy of this license. If you 
    transfer Element.ary! for OS/2 you must not retain any copies. Your license

You may terminate this license at any time. We may terminate this license
if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In either event, you

If any provision of this license, including the breadth or scope of such
provision will be held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity or
unenforceability will not affect the validity or enforceability of the
remaining provisions of this Agreement and such remaining provisions will
remain enforceable and binding.
